ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS
PAINTSVILLE, KY (March 11, 2009) – The Board of Directors of Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of ten officers to Assistant Vice President; Todd Dials, Hilma Harned, Terry Kidd, Ronnie Merrill, Nancy Osborne, Stephanie Salyer, James D. Simpson, Misty Turner, Grady Underwood, and Beth Waugh.
Todd Dials began his career with Citizens National Bank as Information Systems Manager in September 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University. His background includes Information Systems and Network training and nine years of banking experience.
Hilma Harned began her career at Citizens National Bank in 2006. Hilma graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky and completed the Kentucky Bankers Association banking school and branch management certification. Hilma brings 19 years banking experience to her current position as South Ashland Branch Manager.
Terry Kidd joined Citizens National Bank in 2006 with 20 years banking experience. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications, and is a graduate of the Kentucky Bankers Association general banking school. Terry is the Branch Manager for the Ashland Main location.
Ronnie Merrill began his career with Citizens National Bank in March 2007. Ronnie brings five years financial experience to his current position of Electronic Banking Manager.
Nancy Osborne joined Citizens National Bank in January 2002 and with 20 years previous experience in banking. Nancy is currently a Mortgage Underwriter.
Stephanie Salyer began her career with Citizens National Bank July 1979. Stephanie is currently the Customer Service Manager.
James D. Simpson joined Citizens National Bank in July 2007 as Security Officer. His background includes 27 years in the banking industry with a focus in security.
Misty Turner joined Citizens National Bank in April 2004 as a Branch Manager. Misty attended Pikeville College and has completed the Kentucky Bankers Association branch management certification. She is the Branch Manager for the Left Beaver and the Garrett locations.
Grady Underwood joined Citizens National Bank May 29, 2006 with 12 years of banking experience. Grady, a Kentucky State University graduate, is the Salyersville location Branch Manager.
Beth Waugh began her career with Citizens National Bank in October 2007. Beth brings 11 years previous banking experience and has completed the Kentucky Bankers Association branch management certification. Beth is the Branch Manager for the Grayson location.
